Retired Traveler accepts eligible returns for a refund under the terms below.
Return Window
Eligible returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping charges for eligible returns will be paid or reimbursed by Retired Traveler. Customers are not charged a return shipping fee for an approved eligible return.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and included components attached or included.
How to Start a Return
Contact Retired Traveler before mailing any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Do not mail a return to a manufacturer or fulfillment address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Refund Method and Timing
Standard approved returns are eligible for a refund only. Defective or damaged products may qualify for a refund or exchange after review.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow at least seven (7) days for us to process the return. Depending on the card issuer, a refund may take one to two billing cycles to appear. We will notify the customer by email after processing.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been opened, used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Sleep masks, earplugs, and other personal-care or hygiene items after opening.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included components, when applicable.
- Gift cards and final-sale or clearance items.
- Returns submitted outside the 30-day return window.
